Yoga is a philosophy and movement - it strengthens, lengthens and calms the mind. Focus on flowing through poses or focusing on areas of the body that need opening. 

Pre and Postnatal strength training (AFPA Certified)


Learning how to exercise when you are exepcting making your journey to child birth more comfortable, aiding with fatigue and making your recovery process more fluid.


Be comfortable reintroducing fitness and strength training after giving birth.


Trust in someone to share your journey, who is educated and has been through the experience
